Seyyed Hossein Khakbaz Mohseni built a beautiful house on an area of 2,800 square meters in Beheshti Street during the late Qajar era in Arak, which in 2000 was registered on the national list of Iran. The house was built by Russian engineers and Iranian architects with bricks decoration in two floors with 11 rooms. It seems that Hossein Khakbaz loved nature because he built his house in the middle of a garden of cedar trees. The trees have lived with the inhabitants of this house for many years and have seen their sadness and joy. Now, after years of living in this house, its use is changed, and in 2009, it has become as a museum with several halls with the name of Mafakher, Sardaran-e Shahid, Qaem Magham Farahani and so on.
