Abbas Ali Tekyeh in Kerman

Abbas Ali Tekyeh is one of religious places in Kerman which is a grave of a person named Seyyed Abbas, the son of Seyyed Ali Tabrizi. This Tekyeh is on Ferdowsi Street and too many Pilgrims choose this place to take part in Muharram and Safar religious ceremonies. Seyyed Abbas was a clergyman who accompanied Abbas Mirza on a trip to Kerman. Abbas Mirza was a religious person who was caring a lot about religious ceremonies. That is why he was always taking a clergyman with himself to hold special ceremonies on Thursday’s nights. Abbas Mirza went to Kerman for an important work in Fathali Shah Qajar dynasty and he stayed in a district called Choopan. On this trip, Seyyed Abbas passed away because of brain attack and they buried him in Choopan district and built a building there.  In these days, that building is called Abbas Ali Tekyeh. In this Tekyeh, too many famous people are buried.
