Jabalieh Dome or Gabri Dome is located in Kerman. It is one of the attractions and the most beautiful examples of Iranian architecture. It seems that the dome was constructed in late Sassanid or early Islamic era. The building of Jabalieh Dome is very strong, some believe that it is because they used camel milk instead of water in the construction process. Octagonal Jabalieh Dome is made of stone and is the only stone structure of Kerman. The application of Jabalieh Dome in the past is still unknown but some Iranians believe that it was a fire temple or a tomb for Zoroastrians. There are some inscriptions inside the dome which worth visiting. In addition, some grave stones were found there which belong to different people. Cypress and pine trees surrounded Jabalieh Dome and made a lovely jungle. Jabalieh dome was converted to a museum and shows many interesting things to visitors.
