Malek Mosque (Imam Mosque) is a historic mosque in Kerman which was built in Seljuk period. This mosque is located in the southern part of Kerman Historical Market. There was a waterfront at a depth of 4 meters that had two staircases on both sides located west of the mosque and used to take ablution in the past. This waterfront made the mosque fresh. Malek Mosque (Imam Mosque) in Kerman includes numerous Shabestans and a vast courtyard. The mosque has 9191 square meters of land area, three entrance doors and four porches. Seljuk tower, a brick tower, is built in the north-eastern part of the mosque. They made the entrance doors very short in order that people bend and bow and then enter in the past.
