Located in the southernmost part of magnificent Sa’dabad complex in the northernmost part of Tehran, Museum of Fine Arts hosts many art lovers every day. The construction was built upon the order of Reza shah but as he was exiled from Iran it was abandoned. Later, the building was renovated and was used by the royal ministry during Pahlavi Dynasty. After the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the second and third floors were allocated to the Museum of fine Arts of Sa’dabad Complex in Tehran. The pieces depicting in the museum are from Safavid, Zandiyeh, Qajar and the contemporary eras of Iran.
