There is a brick mausoleum with the height of 17 meters in the west of Soltaniyeh which is called Sheikh Baragh Historical Complex. There are some different opinions about the name of a person who is buried in this place. Some people say it is named after Sheikh Baragh which is carved on the inscription in this place. Sheikh Baragh Baba was a famous mystic in Soltan Mohammad Khodabandeh court who was living in Ilkhanian dynasty. The others name this mausoleum Soltan Chalapi Oghli. The local people name this mausoleum Kacheh Boorak or Kolah Namadi which was built in 728 Hijri Qamari. This mausoleum has an octagonal plan with a brick dome. Chalapi Oghli mausoleum is comparable to Imamzadeh Jafar mausoleum in Isfahan. In the exterior view, you can see different bricks in each sideway like arcs in a rectangular frame that make the view more beautiful. The interior view is filed with plaster. There is a cellar under this mausoleum that you can find Sheikh’s grave in the middle and his followers around him. Sheikh Baragh mausoleum is located in a square yard in the south of a complex. There is a monastery in the south part as well. The monastery has a central court with some chambers in two floors in the east and west. Soofian used to do Sama ceremony in the central court.
