Molla Hassan ibn-e Mahmud Kashani, known as Hassan Kashi, was a poet and mystic of the 8th century AD, whose tomb is located 2 kilometers south of Soltaniyeh. Molana Hassan ibn-e Kashi, who is considered as the poet of court of Al-Jaito, has poetry inspired by the Imams. Although there is no information of the exact date of his death, but because of his popularity with Al-Ja'ito, a mausoleum was constructed by Sultan Mohammad Khodabandeh (Al-Ja'ito), completed and restored during the Shah Tahmasb Safavi and Fath Ali Shah Qajar. The plan of Molla Hassan Kashi Mausoleum in Soltaniyeh is Octagonal. The turquoise-coloured dome of the building is like a shining diamond in the middle of the desert and is comparable to the dome of Allah in the tomb of Sheikh Safi al-Din Ardebili. Molla Hassan Kashi Mausoleum in Soltaniyeh has the architectural works of the 3 historical period; Ilkhani, Safavid, and Qajar.
