Soleiman-Ibn-e Ali Imam Zadeh is situated in the northern part of Bandar Ganaveh, at the beginning of Deylam Road to Ganaveh. This monument is a rectangular mansion with a dark blue dome on the top. There is a large room in shape of a Shabestan located in one side of the dome. There is also a staircase in the courtyard that leads to the dome. The construction of the monument dates back to Safavid dynasty and it is similar to the tomb of Imam Zadeh Mir Mohammed Hanifeh in Kharg Island, and consequently proves the fact that both tombs were constructed by one architect. The dome has a circular base with a diameter of two meters, as well as a five-step stairway and a top cap. This dome is one of the most interesting staircase domes in Iran. Various architectural elements, which may be heterogeneous in architecture, have been used in a desirable way. The tomb of Soleiman-Ibn-e Ali Imam Zadeh also features light blue tiles and a metal Zarih painted with gold. People of Ganaveh have a special respect for the tomb and during the year, especially on Thursdays and Fridays, pray there.
