Qeysarie Bazaar in Isfahan is one of the largest and most impressive bazaars in the world that its architecture and antiquity attract the attention of every local and foreign visitors. Qeysarie Bazaar, also known as ‘Shahi Bazaar’, is a well-known center for buying handicrafts. Being the most luxurious bazaar during Safavid dynasty, it has various entrances. During this period, the bazaar was an important center for selling precious carpets and fabrics and also, some of foreign countries had booths there. The portal of the bazaar shows one of the most valuable painting related to Safavid dynasty. The arches of the portal with magnificent tile works and charming paintings catch your eyes at first glance. Just right at the center, there is a large circular bazaar with an impressive dome, and on the west side, there is a brilliant caravanserai with two floors and 150 chambers. Some other bazaars are derived from the main one and some of them are still active and dedicated to various businesses.
