Built by Ali Khan Qavam al-Molk, in the Qajar period, Narenjestan Qavam is a famous attraction of Shiraz. This traditional and historical house is geographically located near another attraction called Khan Madrassa which makes it possible to enjoy two masterpieces in a short period of time. The entrance gate of Narenjestan Qavam was decorated with delightful brickworks which add to the magnificence of the mansion. A red marble stone inscription with a Quranic verse in accompany with two inscriptions of poems on each side make the entrance of Qavam house. The mansion of this garden is a two-story house on the north part. It was built according to the architectural style of Zand Dynasty. The oil painting on the ceiling will mesmerize any visitors. Zinat al-Molk house on the other side of the street is connected to Qavam house through an underground tunnel and is considered a mystery.
