During Zandiyeh Dynasty, Karim Khan Zand ordered to build a magnificent mansion to use it as a place for hosting guests from other countries. They named this octagonal mansion Kolah Farangi or Nazar Garden. The exterior part of Kolah Farangi mansion is decorated with beautiful tiles having different pictures on them. There are four fountains on four sides of Nazar Garden which adds to its beauty. The crystal clear water of the fountains reflect the pictures of the sun on its marble stones. Pars Museum with three different parts is another section of Kolah Farangi Mansion. The objects in this museum are for different areas and are considered as proper choices for history lovers. Karim Khan Zand, the founder of Nazar Garden and the famous fair king of Iran, was also buried there.
