Filia cafe is located in one of the traditional houses in Tehran, at the intersection of Enghelab Street and Vesal Shirazi Street. Filia Cafe is in a construction, dating back to second Pahlavi era and was inaugurated in 2011 by Mohammad Mahdi Salimi Namin who had special skills in music.
