Constructed by Abolghasem Khan Azadeh Chaleshtori, Archaeology Museum in Shahrekord (Parhizkar Bath) is a historical complex remained from Qajar dynasty. Parhizkar Bath is a twin bath for men and women and consists of different sections such as fuel storage, entrance, stables, some shops, but unfortunately due to unfavorable urban developments, some parts of this bath have been completely destroyed. This bath had seven-color tiled portals, but after the destruction, a brick wall was built with a traditional look. Parhizkar Bath is now changed into Shahrekord Archaeological Museum and exhibits the most ancient objects being more than 9,000 years old. Most of this small and big objects are stone and bone made tools with delicate carved figures dating back to Neolithic period. This museum also displays containers decorated with black geometric patterns that belong to the fourth and fifth millennia BC. Archaeology Museum was registered on September 21, 1998 with the registration number of 2112 as one of the national heritages of Iran.
