Geographically located in a city called Qazvin, Peighambarieh dates back to Safavid era. It is next to a mosque and madrasa with the same name so you could enjoy visiting all of them without having the burden of commuting. It is believed that Peighambarieh shrine is the graveyard of four Jewish prophets so it is also famous as “Chahar Anbia” which means four prophets. They say that these four prophets came from Jerusalem to the east to say the news of the Christ Birth. The current construction of Peighambarieh shrine has four Shah Neshin, a palace for the king, in four sides. All around the Harem, a nice inscription written with gold color on an ultramarine background is installed. It is really interesting to watch this Nastaliq script and its lovely colors. Alaedin Travel has perfect tailor made tours to Qazvin and provides the clients with opportunity to visit Peighambarieh Shrine.
